Safe Harbour

This exercise is a NeuroSomatic practice designed to reduce stress and anxiety. In this practice, you use your sensory memory, or your imagination, to immerse yourself in a place where you are safe.

In this practice, you leverage all your senses: hearing, smell, taste, touch, even vestibular memory. All play key roles in anchoring good neural patterns.

If you want to experience more NeuroSomatic practices, feel free to schedule a call.
