NeuroMovement® And NeuroSomatic Therapy for Cancer Recovery

As a two-time cancer survivor myself, this work allowed me to regain ease of movement, a sense of being well in my own body, confidence and vitality, after a long and depressing treatment.

Cancer recovery is more than just "ringing that bell". Let's face it, many of us are left with the trauma of medical treatment, the fear of recurrence, pain and tightness from surgeries and radiation, limited mobility and a loss of confidence and trust in our bodies.

I've spoken to hundreds of men and women who feel their bodies have betrayed them, and who struggle to get back on their feet after treatment.

NeuroSomatic Therapy and Neuromovement® approach are uniquely suited to our challenges as survivors.  They are non invasive and non intrusive.  We don't use force or stretching or ask you to "work through your pain" to achieve a mobility goal.

By leveraging your brain's ability to change, you can regain mobility and ease of movement, recover vitality and confidence.
