What Moves Us
An embodied exploration of change, why we resist it, and how to navigate it. Bring a change you’re navigating, personally or professionally, and leave with a clearer understanding of what might be holding you back and one concrete action to try.

À propos de l'événement
We can want change and still find ourselves holding back. Sometimes change finds us and we resist it.
What is that resistance telling us, and what would make moving forward possible?
Join Audrey Amar, Change Expert and Facilitator, and Joana Talafré, NeuroSomatic Therapist, for an evening of conversation and exploration of embodied change.
Together, we’ll explore how we respond to change, what happens when we feel stuck, and how to find a next step that makes sense, at the intersect between thinking and feeling.
Learn to:
Recognize resistance in your thoughts, habits, and body.
Identify what your hesitation is signalling.
Practise body awareness to find an effortless way forward.
Choose one realistic step towards meaningful change.
