This ABM Neuromovement®️ lesson series was especially curated to offer an opportunity to slow down and experience increased awareness and inner calm, amidst all the trouble and agitation the world has seen recently.
Throughout each lesson, you will be guided in performing slow, subtle movements with attention, with various patterns of differentiation and refinement. These movements are designed to help you release old unconscious tension patterns, relieve chronic pain, and soothe your nervous system.
All you need to do the lesson is a comfortable place to lie down or sit, and a willingness to slow down and do as little as possible.
