Center for Neurosomatic Sciences
Certification Program
Program Admission Requirements:
The Center for Neurosomatic Sciences is committed to attracting motivated
students with potential to become excellent practitioners. Applicants
are considered on the basis of desire for personal growth, to be of service
to mankind, professionalism, integrity, communication skills, concern
for others, and passion for the profession.
The Center for Neurosomatic Sciences is proud of our cutting edge curriculum.
We provide our students a superior education and the Center accepts no
responsibility for changes in licensing requirements of any city, state
or county at any time.
Admissions and Registration for All Programs:
The Center for Neurosomatic Sciences invites all students, of any race,
age, ethnic origin, gender, or religion, to apply for admission. The most
important requirement for admission to the Center is a desire to learn
and succeed in the profession by serving others. In addition, each applicant
must meet the following requirements:
* Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
* Applicant must be a high school graduate, or graduate equivalent (GED).
* Applicant must have the physical and emotional ability to perform as
a Hypnotherapist.
* Applicant must complete the registration form, submit a nonrefundable
deposit of $300, and complete a brief admissions interview (in-person
or by phone).
* Applicant must apply at least one week prior to the start of the program.
Late registration is not offered.
Applicant is strongly encouraged to have access to a personal computer
and have a personal Internet email address. The Center communicates extensively
with each student via the Internet during the Internship. In addition,
students will find the Internet useful to gain access to learning resource
materials.
The Center for Neurosomatic Sciences Reserves the Right to Deny Admission
to:
* A person who has been convicted of a felony.
* A person who has a physical or mental limitation deemed unsafe for the
Hypnotherapist or the client.
* A person who has been terminated due to academic failure, attendance
violation, or gross misconduct.
Licensing Requirements:
The 300-hour Certificate Program meets or exceeds any requirements for
hours in the United States except Indiana, where additional educational
requirements may be needed. Requirements change and throughout the nation,
the trend is to increase the hourly requirements. Most cities require
the acquisition of a business license. Students are encouraged to obtain
the requirements for the city or state in which they intend to practice.

Continuing Education:
The Center for Neurosomatic Sciences is a provider of Continuing Education
for the A.C.H.E. and the California Board of Registered Nursing, among
